1. Introduction

This privacy policy describes how AlfaDrive, with its registered office at Františka Diviše 1323/54C, Uhříněves, 104 00 Prague, ID No.: 24570141, (hereinafter referred to as the "controller") handles the personal data of its customers, business partners, and visitors to the website alfadrive.cz. The controller undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic.

2. What data we process

We only process data necessary for our activities, in particular: identification and contact details (first name, last name, company name, email, phone), data necessary for bookkeeping (billing details, ID No., VAT No., registered office address), the content of email and SMS communication and records of telephone calls (if required by the nature of the business negotiations). On our website, we only track traffic. We do not collect any sensitive personal data or data on further visitor behavior for marketing purposes.

3. Purpose of processing personal data

We process personal data exclusively for the following purposes: concluding and fulfilling contracts and orders, maintaining accounting and tax records, communication with customers and business partners, responding to inquiries sent via email or telephone, fulfilling legal obligations arising from business activities.

We store personal data only for the period strictly necessary: accounting documents for the period stipulated by law (usually 10 years), email and SMS communication for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer retention period is necessary due to the nature of the matter.

5. Transfer of data to third parties

We do not transfer personal data to third parties, with the exception of: legal requirements of public authorities, accounting and tax advisors who process accounting for us based on a personal data processing agreement. No data is transferred outside the European Union.

Every person whose data we process has the right: to access their personal data, to correct or supplement data, to erasure (unless prevented by legal retention obligations), to restriction of processing, to object to processing, to data portability. All personal data is protected against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. We use secure servers, encrypted communication, and access passwords only for authorized persons.
